Do credits expire?

No. FicPal credits never expire. Once purchased, they stay in your account until you use them — no monthly resets, no pressure.

What can I spend credits on?

Two things. Unlocking a chapter (50 credits) writes the script and illustrates ~24 pages for a chapter that's already been outlined. Starting a new comic (80 credits) plans the full story, then illustrates the cover, character sheets, and Chapter 1.

Why can't I unlock chapters with free credits?

Your signup bonus covers your first comic. Generating a chapter costs real compute, so unlocks use purchased credits — that keeps the free tier from being abused and keeps prices low for everyone.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from the pack. Contact support at help@ficpal.com with your order details. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.

Is this a subscription?

Absolutely not. Every credit pack is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees.
