I Married the Villain on Tuesday
Chapter 5
1/24
Panel 2

The same narrow servant room returns in cold blue dawn. The bell outside has just begun to ring. Dahee wakes in Elodie’s body with poison panic still in her throat.

Panel 3

Dahee verifies the reset through the repeated objects of Tuesday morning, then grasps onto the possibility that Caelum also remembers.

Panel 4

Head Maid Maren opens the servant room door exactly on schedule, but Dahee is already moving, too frantic to perform the expected Tuesday script.

Panel 5

Dahee sprints barefoot through the servants' corridor, abandoning every survival rule she learned about staying invisible in the duchy.

Panel 6

At the entrance to the ducal wing, guards move to stop the runaway maid. Dahee's fear makes her reckless and quick.

Panel 7

Dahee reaches the tall black doors of Caelum's study, the place that now holds either her only ally or a stranger wearing his face.

Panel 8

Inside the ducal study, Caelum sits at his desk in immaculate control. His first look at Dahee contains no recognition.

Panel 9

Dahee steps into the study and speaks to Caelum as the man from the balcony. Caelum hears only a hysterical maid using his name too familiarly.

Panel 10

Dahee recites private loop details, expecting them to spark recognition. They only make Caelum more dangerous.

Panel 11

Dahee uses Caelum's name with the intimacy from the balcony. The duke in front of her treats it as an offense.

Panel 12

Dahee names the private tenderness of the last loop. Caelum responds as the original cruel duke would: by treating emotion as manipulation.

Panel 13

The stranger wearing Caelum's face forces Dahee backward. The tall mirror behind his desk enters the composition like a waiting witness.

Panel 14

Dahee catches her reflection clearly. The mirror shows her maid body, but her eyes are wrong.

Panel 15

The mirror reflection briefly shifts from maid to noblewoman. Caelum sees enough to understand that something unnatural is happening, though not enough to trust Dahee.

Panel 16

Backing away from the mirror and Caelum, Dahee notices a bound volume on the shelf that should belong to her old life, not this study.

Panel 17

Dahee chooses the book over obedience. Caelum's patience thins as her private terror becomes open defiance.

Panel 18

The novel moves as if alive, refusing the beginning and turning itself toward the character pages.

Panel 19

Dahee searches for a familiar safe explanation: Seraphine, Livia, Elodie. The book denies each one and reveals a different name.

Panel 20

The hated villainess profile fills the page. Dahee sees the description first, then the illustration that matches her face.

Panel 21

Dahee reads the villainess profile aloud in fragments. The rules of Tuesday rearrange around the name Aurelia.

Panel 22

The book's next line turns Dahee's memories against her. The love she clung to now looks like bait arranged by someone wearing her face.

Panel 23

Caelum stops treating Dahee as a confused intruder. The book has made her a threat, and the study becomes an execution room in miniature.

Panel 24

Dahee tries to hold onto Park Dahee, the exhausted assistant from Seoul, but the mirror and book insist on Aurelia. Caelum advances with the sword fully drawn.

Panel 25

Final cliffhanger: the study collapses into a dark vertical composition of mirror, sword, book, and gold eyes. Dahee understands the profile at the same moment Caelum prepares to strike or restrain her.
