Chapter 4
1/13
Panel 2

Late afternoon in the school art room. Tables are covered with paper, tablets, pencils, snack wrappers, and reference books. Yerin and Woojin face each other across a large blank sheet like rival generals.

Panel 3

They begin drawing and instantly clash. The page should feel kinetic and funny, with paper and stylus gestures flying.

Panel 4

The argument escalates. Their draft is visible: a dramatic figure reaching through rain, emotionally strong but anatomically impossible.

Panel 5

Hana enters with snacks and immediately senses the danger. She appears as comic relief but also sees that both are invested.

Panel 6

Ms. Park checks in at the art room doorway, listening to their argument with a faint approving look. The sunset begins to warm the room.

Panel 7

The fight turns into teaching. Yerin demonstrates how to push emotional expression beyond technical correctness.

Panel 8

Woojin demonstrates how a hand supports emotion by being believable. Yerin listens, grudging but attentive.

Panel 9

A single tall montage-like panel showing repeated ghosted positions of Yerin and Woojin working through sunset into evening, with the collaborative piece growing richer.

Panel 10

Late night in the art room. Desk lamp light. Yerin has fallen asleep on her folded arms beside the tablet. Woojin notices and quietly covers her with his blazer jacket.

Panel 11

Woojin returns to his sketchbook and draws Yerin sleeping. This is his first emotionally alive piece. The room is quiet, lit by a single desk lamp.

Panel 12

Yerin wakes under Woojin's jacket and notices the drawing before Woojin can hide it. The intimacy catches both off guard.

Panel 13

The art room is quiet. Yerin studies the sketch, not teasing. Woojin tries to retreat into excuses, then lets one sincere line escape.

Panel 14

A charged silence after Woojin's admission. Both reach for the same pen on the art table. Neither pulls away. The unfinished collaboration glows in the background.
